Books with Anxiety Rep

I want to start by saying that I have not read every one of these books. I honestly haven’t read most of them. This started while I was trying to make my tbr for Mental Health Bingo (the link is to their twitter page) and I was having a hard time trying to find books for the prompts.

This quickly snowballed into a HUGE list. I’m talking approximately 100 books within a few hours. So with the help of Goodreads and Twitter I have come up with a list that will probably always be a work in progress. I am breaking down the list into multiple posts to not only save me some sanity but you some time.

  • If you see something that is in a wrong category let me know. A lot of books don’t get into specifics in the descriptions and trying to find out what the rep was got a little difficult in some cases.
  • Please feel free to share.
  • A lot of these books fall into more than one category please keep that in mind.
  • Trigger Warnings: The following books may have sensitive subjects please read at your discretion.
  • There is a link to each book below.
  • Is there a book I’m missing? (I’m sure there are a ton) Leave a rec below and I’ll add it in.
