Books with Depression Rep

The second list in my mental health rep lists is books with depression. I know this is something that a lot of people deal with myself included although at the time I didn’t know that’s what I was feeling. I hope these books help you in some way.

  • If you see something that is in a wrong category let me know. A lot of books don’t get into specifics in the descriptions and trying to find out what the rep was got a little difficult in some cases.
  • Please feel free to share.
  • A lot of these books fall into more than one category please keep that in mind.

  1. This is such an important topic, so I’m so glad you’re creating these mental health rep lists. I loved the honest and sympathetic portrayals of anxiety and depression in Eliza and Her Monsters, and I found the depiction of depression in The Serpent King bang on, so they’re both books that I’d highly recommend, along with Nice Try, Jane Sinner, which I think is an underhyped gem of a book.
