Books Published the Year I was Born

I feel like I’ve seen this around but I don’t remember. Anyways I wanted to see what some of the popular books were the year I was born and see if I have read any, if they are on my tbr or if I’m just not interested. Goodreads has the ever handy list of 200 popular books by year so finding that wasn’t hard. I’m not really surprised by how this turned out. I mean that was almost 31 years ago so it’s not crazy that I haven’t read any of them. There are a few on my tbr though but most of them I have never heard of.

I did not plan on going through this entire list. I started typing and just never stopped. Most of these books have around a 4 star rating and I’m getting very curious about them. I might make this is long term project, to work my way through these and see how I like them. I left off some of the books, the ones that were sequels and a couple of the nonfiction that I knew immediately were a no for me. I think there’s a couple of kids books that I have read but it’s been so long that I don’t remember.

Have you read any of these?

Till next time,
